What is: E = mc2

Understand this simple rule!
E = mc2 .; “Energy equals mass times speed squared.” This equation says that energy and mass (matter) are interchangeable; they are different forms of the same thing. The e=mc2 formula shows that mass can be converted into energy, and energy can be converted into mass. In other words, energy and mass are equivalent.
What that means is:
Even if you are twice as big as I am… if I put twice as much energy in my punches… I WILL HIT AS HARD AS YOU DO.
THE METHOD
AFTER YOUR WARM-UPS…Work on your techniques until… every technique you throw “hand or foot” is a hard hit. It takes throwing a technique about 3,000 times just to begin to start being able to hit hard. But don’t let that throw you, here is an example, then on to “THE FORMULA”… Example: 10 punches a day x 365 days = 3,650 punches. Easy right! Keep reading.
The FORMULA *
If you throw 10 punches (or kicks) a day, 5 days a week, for 52 weeks… that’s 2,600 techniques (UNDERSTAND… that, this is only “ONE” technique that you have worked on, and only “5” techniques on each hand “or foot”). Now multiply that by working on 7 or 8 different techniques each time you train (4 hand and 4 foot techniques)… 10 executions on each hand and foot, times 8 different techniques = 160 executions of techniques you have thrown for the day… CONGRATULATIONS… you just had a good workout. PROFESSIONALS are throwing about 300 (Tyson was probably throwing 500 a day). I say you are good if you can throw 160 a day, three days a week, though I have been up to 300 three times a week in my prime. Now let’s add that up, you say you want to be an athlete… or be prepared if some kind of altercation should happen to occur… WELL here’s the real-news… in order for something to become “automatic” you have to execute it 3,000 times… so if you want to have 8 techniques in your arsenal that you feel you can depend on if push should happen to come to shove! Well get out the Gi… and prepare to throw 24,000 (twenty-four thousand) punches and kicks (and that’s just this year alone), 3,000 x 8 = 24,000. However, 160 punches and kicks x 3 times a week for 52 weeks = 24,960 techniques you will throw this year. But cheer-up… it’s not as tough as it seems, not when you look at it as throwing 160 punches and/or kicks a day, 3 times a week. And trust me, you’re gonna’ be throwing a lot more than that once you get in a grove. Training is addictive.
P.S.
NOW – HERE’S THE REAL-DEAL (after warming up)… when throwing those punches and kicks… you throw each one “as Hard and as Fast as you can”… none of those little sissy pits & pats in the “air” or in the bag. Throw ALL TECHNIQUES as hard and as fast as you can (ALWAYS)… if you think “Mike Tyson”, “Evander Holyfield”, “Smokin’ Joe Frazier”, “Jack Dempsey” and all the rest.. didn’t do that… you have been misinformed. Those where some “HARD WORKING DUDES”… and “no” they “did not” let the public see that.
