Chicken w/Tequila Vegetables

Sautéed Chicken: deglaze pan with Tequila add mixed vegetables. Flower chicken, sauté in 2 Tbsp oil till “medium rare”, remove chicken to “2nd pan” with 1 tsp butter, Finish to “well-done” in 250º degree oven with door “ajar” for 10 minutes. Deglaze “1st pan” w/Tequila, add vegetables, add chicken-broth (thicken with your favorite thickener), add red & black pepper, return chicken from oven to sauté pan, simmer for 5 minutes. Chicken is tender and moist… and… I’m not sure, but I think I actually got a little HIGH…? this is good..!
