“Shaking off the Demons” videos are a series of warm-up videos that readies the body for the more rigorous and demanding training routines coming up next in your workout session. This preliminary “warmup” concentrates on readying the body for techniques associated with Martial Art training “FOOT TECHNIQUES.” This is a “necessary” warm-up.
Make sure you check that “CLOCK” on the wall… there you can see clearly that this is a 5 minute routine.
