Videos in the “USING THE KARATE GI” series illustrate how the use of a Karate GI helps you gain speed, power, focus, and “snap” in combative hand and foot techniques. NOTE: – Increased Power – can be developed by working a Heavy Bag (which we will cover in later videos). But, in working to snap a Gi – the power you develop will be twice that of those who “only” work the heavy bag (pound for pound) as opposed to those who use a Gi to “develop their techniques.” Just like snapping a towel, the Gi will not “snap” unless you focus all of your power AT THE END of the stroke, snapping that Gi has the same effect as snapping that towel (watch video 1).

Hand-to-hand tactics Police need Judo… in Boxing, boxers need 15 rounds… in combat – Soldiers need to be able to stop an aggressor “instantly.” When the situation is Life-or-Death… there is no in-between.
Using the Karate Gi post are for those looking to be expertly proficient in COMBATIVE skill. Be it • Punching • Kicking • Striking or any “Assault“ discipline that utilizes the hand and/or foot as the tool, these videos provide effective methods to being – expertly skillful – in the use of “SUDDEN DEATH.”
No Tricks • No Gimmicks • No Secrets. Just plain ol’ HARD THROWN TECHNIQUES… using the correct gear, the “right” apparatuses, and the right mind-set.

NOTE: In some of the Karate Gi videos our practitioner will deliver “most techniques” with the CORRECT FORM… study it. There is a simple formula for training the body & mind to react and perform with lightning fast reflexes and a high level of power, all you need is to understand some basic principles and apply some specific routines (with intent). If you’d like to look at the key to being 100%… click… “THE FORMULA“.
Karate Gi – the cut of the Gi makes ALL the difference.

(Below) The Gi on the “LEFT” provides limited freedom of movement.

Using the Karate Gi – All Techniques as hard and as fast as you can.

If you – HESITATE – you loose.
