
Fabulous!!! And super tender!
This was fabulous!!! Sorry there are no finished product photos, you’re just going to have to trust me on this… this roast had a genuinely unique taste, one that I will be doing again in the very near future and often… it was that good.

Pork Shoulder, marinated with season salt, black pepper, and red pepper… add white onion, 2 chili peppers, cranberries, 2 slices of lemon, cook for 4 hours on low in a CROCK POT… this was WONDERFUL!
NOTE:
REMINDER… don’t add “cold” food to a COLD pot or pan… if you do it will loose all of it’s juices before the food product has a chance to “seal up” and seal in all of it’s juices (coagulation of proteins on the outer surface seals in juices). It’s just that simple.
