Sautéed chicken, seasoned with pepper and season salt. Sauté chicken (season chicken with black & red pepper, and season salt), remove chicken and deglaze pan w/Bourbon, added green onions, broccoli, cauliflower, and chicken broth, salt and pepper to taste (thicken with your choice of thickener), return chicken to pan and let rest for 15 minutes... serve over rice. Bourbon Chicken & Potatoes… not too proud of this meal, it was good, sautéed chicken, deglaze with Bourbon, green onions, chicken broth (thickened) … all was fine except after I ‘shocked” the potatoes I did not let them “drain long enough”, so when I hit them with the gravy from the sauté sauce it watered down the gravy and it ran to the bottom of the plate.
