Sauté chicken (season chicken with black & red pepper, and season salt), remove chicken and deglaze pan w/Bourbon, added green onions, broccoli, cauliflower, and chicken broth, salt and pepper to taste (thicken with your choice of thickener), return chicken to pan and let rest for 15 minutes… serve over rice. Bourbon “does” add a smoked flavor. This is EASY, QUICK, and better than you might think. ✅
