A FLAVORFUL POTATO SALAD
Never knew a potato salad could be this wonderful..!
Sauté onions & garlic, add boiled diced potatoes (shocked cold and drained), black pepper, dill, and parsley (continue sauté until potatoes are “HOT”).
In a separate bowl add diced boiled egg, mayonnaise, mustard, more dill, and more parsley, add and mix in the “HOT” potatoes. Serve “Hot” with you favorite protein… in this case a battered deep-fried pork chop. It is more tender than it looks… how… start it out with your oil a little hotter, so the outside will brown a little before the inside becomes too well done… bring the heat “down” as it cooks… just like a sauté.
