One-trick-pony

I know it seems like I’m a one-trick-pony… but, by using the “Spice teams” I have been able to create 57 “distinctly” different taste in meals using the same piece of chicken (the thighs) and some rice… it’s amazing.
In this meal: I know we’re getting away from “traditional Greek seasonings” as is pointed out in the “spice teams“… but this worked well.
In a pan, sauté a piece of chicken (seasoned with red pepper, black pepper, and All-Purpose Greek Seasoning), remove chicken from pan, add some aromatics (green onions etc.), deglaze the pan with Marsala white wine, add Shishito peppers, yellow squash, more black pepper, salt, Greek-seasoning, and vegetable broth (thicken with your favorite thickener) return the chicken to the pan, let it rest for 15 minutes… serve over rice.
