You’re eating Italian… and it doesn’t taste like spaghetti.

Sauté Chicken, remove chicken, deglaze pan with Sherry, add green onion, broccoli, cauliflower, and from the “Spice Teams” add garlic – basil – oregano. Add chicken broth (thicken with your choice of thickener), return chicken to sauce, let rest for 15 minutes. Serve with boiled potatoes (don’t forget to “shock” the potatoes). Congratulations, you’re eating Italian… and it’s not Spaghetti.
