These are not “Pancakes”

Simi-Failed Egg Fu Young…
(Above)… For the paddy I used eggs, green onions, bean sprouts, sautéed shrimp & chicken, and “Oyster Sauce.” For the gravy I used 1 cup chicken broth, 2 tbsp. soy sauce, and more “premium” oyster sauce (thicken it all with a corn starch slurry)… this meal was not good. I think I may have a pre-disposition to NOT liking Oysters.
(Below) I FIXED IT…

I had 2 patties left over… so I prepared a “NEW GRAVY” and WALA! This meal was now a GOOD MEAL. Sorry for it looking so “skimpy” but I was almost finished eating it when I remembered that I needed to get a photo… it was that GOOD! My “new” secret ingredient… DROP THE OYSTER SAUCE… and use “fish sauce”, this made all the difference in the world… it now tasted like REAL Chinese (that’s right… like back there in GARY, INDIANA)… I also added black pepper, and garlic “powder”. This is FABULOUS!!! ✅
ONE MORE HINT… don’t cook the paddy in a pan… use a “pot” and DEEP FRY IT, the paddy will be thicker and more succulent.
