Success & Failure at the same time.

ALL THINGS ARE NOT WHAT THEY APPEAR… In this meal I used too much of the spices indicated below (I used all of them). As the “Spice Team” chart indicates… some of those spices seem like they might be what I’m looking for (to get the taste I’m trying to get)… however, I think I used too much of some, and not enough of the others. The trick is in the “amount”… here’s the key to “experimenting”… “pull some off to the side” try a seasoning on it, see if you like it, if so GO… BRILLIANT!!!

THE ABOVE INGREDIENTS ARE: Garlic, season salt, cinnamon, cloves, Anise seed, Sichuan pepper, Fennel seed, chicken bullion, Ginger, Oyster sauce, fish sauce, soy sauce, black pepper, red pepper.
