Make a gravy w/Shishito Peppers

Sauté chicken (seasoned w/black pepper, red pepper, and season salt), deglaze pan w/Sherry, add chicken broth, green onion, yellow squash, and Shishito Peppers, more black and red pepper, plus more season salt (thicken with your choice of thickener), return chicken to pan, let rest for 15 minutes… serve over rice with a fresh squeeze of lemon… I could eat this everyday. ✅
